Scanner/Photocopy Distortion

Transform this photo to look exactly like the person pressed their face against a flatbed scanner or photocopier glass and hit print. The face should be flattened and distorted against the glass surface with characteristic scanner artifacts: harsh, flat, direct lighting from the scanner lamp moving underneath, slightly stretched/warped features where skin presses against glass, complete black background outside the scan area, visible scan lines, and the slightly unnatural sharpness scanners produce. Areas pressing against glass should be brighter and flatter, while areas further from the glass (like hair edges) should fade to black. Include subtle dust specks and fingerprints on the glass.
